Knowing where to begin creating a DEI plan that your leadership team will buy into and have a sustainable impact can be challenging. Deconstructing the systems of racial inequities that exist within your organization is no easy feat, and you definitely can’t do it on your own. Luckily, you don’t have to.

Aspiration to Action gives you access to a DEI advisor’s strategies for creating a DEI Council, creating a sustainable framework, and help you gain and sustain leadership buy-in.

You have 6 months to complete the course, which consists of over 3 hours of on-demand videos, resources, and worksheets.

Optional add-on: if you are interested in strategy sessions with Ericka – we do offer mentoring sessions based on availability.

Please note – this pricing is specific for non-profits and organizations with 50 or fewer employees.  We appreciate your honesty.
